Forward Science, a medical technology company, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help in our growing company. Forward Science, specializing in the oral health market, focuses on technologies for screening, diagnostics, and treatments for oral health. Forward Science has products that are quickly becoming standard of care in dental and medical offices nationwide. Forward Science is a young company with an innovative product pipeline and a great corporate culture.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

This is an in-office position with most of your time spent on the phone with prospective and current partners.. The position will include calling on dental and medical professionals, including dentists, oncologists, rheumatologists and various other specialties. This sales position will be responsible for generating new leads and sell Forward Science’s suite of products including (oral cancer screening device, diagnostic testing kits, and pharmaceutical treatment options). The focus of this role is outbound calling to generate new leads and also follow up on warm leads. We are looking for a candidate that works well in a team setting. This sales position will be responsible for:

  • Tenaciously prospecting, qualifying, and following up with leads
  • Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate meetings and webinars
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline and works opportunities throughout the sales cycle using our CRM
  • Assist with recruiting efforts to grow outside sales team
  • Provide exceptional customer service and has the ability to collaborate effectively between different departments

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong phone voice and the ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone
  • Strong sense of urgency/time sensitivity and excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prefer 2 or more years of experience as a proven inside sales representative
