Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary
Forward Science, a medical device manufacturer and distributor, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help in our growing company. Forward Science, specializing in the oral cancer market, focuses on technologies for screening, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical treatments for Oral Cancer. Forward Science has products that are quickly becoming standard of care in dental and medical offices nationwide. Forward Science is a young company with an innovative product pipeline and a great corporate culture.

Responsibilities:
• Managing high producing sales team within assigned geographic territory
• Fiscal responsibility
• Implementation of strategic initiatives
• Co-travel with sales team/tradeshows, (includes some nights and weekends)

Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong coaching/presentation sales skills
• Proficient in interview process - recruiting, hiring, and off boarding
• Ability to forecast/budget quarterly and annual sales goals
• Experience analyzing sales metrics to drive growth
• Advanced presentation and selling skills
• Demonstrates strong time and territory management
• Preferred 2 years of sales management experience with documented sales success of achieving company goals
• Computer skills (Microsoft office, PowerPoint, CRM, etc)
